I am a 32 year old who lives in South West London and am looking to get back into dinghy sailing after a 10 year break.

My experience was extensive from 11-18, crewing and helming cadets and getting into the national squad as crew for 4 years in partnership with a great helm.  We went onto 405/ 420’s together and I did a lot of trapeze work which is what I want to get back into.    I stopped however as my rugby career got going and my helm needed 100% commitment.

I actually learnt to sail at Queen mary at the age of 8!

I have done a bit of boat sailing, mainly as a bowman, and am actually doing my day skipper this year.

I am looking to crew for a season for a helm with a trapeze dinghy.
