Friday was probably the most fun day for racing as it was quite windy compared to all the other days. The race committee scheduled 4 races for the day instead of the programmed 2 so it was a busy last day.

For the lasers, there were testing conditions as they were all quite light for their rigs but did extremely well for the whole day.

The toppers however excelled with the windy conditions, with Angus coming second, Daniel coming third for the first lap and finishing tenth in the race and Edward getting his best result of 32^nd out of 65.

Patrick got good protest experience but did end up with a penalty which led to a slight slip in his position in the first race.

Ellie T had an interesting beach landing and mistakenly took out Daniels mum who was valiantly trying to assist. Video evidence was captured by the on-board camera!!

Overall, we all had a good day, full of hiking and capsizes (hopefully not in the race) with everyone having a great time on the water.
