Instructor Training

Queen Mary Sailsports is well-established as a provider of RYA training and assessment for Dinghy, Windsurfing and Powerboat Instructors. We have plenty of shore-based teaching space and a massive 700 acre stretch of raised water accessible at all times so taking instructor training at QM could not be more straightforward.

With three RYA Coach/Assessors, two Windsurf Trainers and a Powerboat Trainer in residency we offer a selection of scheduled courses or can add further courses upon request. Please note that RYA Powerboat Instructor courses are only run on demand.

We are the lead centre for the delivery of RYA Senior Instructor training in the Thames Valley region running up to two SI courses per year.
