Double baked goats cheese soufflé, grilled pear & watercress salad, balsamic drizzle

 

Chicken liver terrine, onion marmalade, toasted brioche

 

Smoked mackerel pate, gooseberry chutney, sourdough crouton

Breast of chicken wrapped in parma ham, spinach and ricotta farce, dauphioise potatoes

 

Butternut squash, cashew and feta filo parcel, herb cream jus, crushed new potatoes (v)

 

Pan seared belly of pork, sage & red onion farce, grain mustard mash, cider jus

 

Slow braised beef with shallots, button mushrooms and red wine jus, dauphinoise potatoes
