Use of Club
Cars - may be brought up to the club for unloading/loading only, pleas then park in the lower car park at all other times. The car park exit gate code will be displayed at reception, entered on the smaller black key pad, this number will gain you access on Sunday.
Lockers in the changing rooms should be used to store valuables. You will need your own padlock.
Catering is available from 9:30 until 16:30
Buoyancy aids to be worn by anyone on the reservoir banks or pontoons. Sailors shall wear buoyancy aides and full wetsuits or drysuits.

Signing off is not required. The schedule for the event is shown on the official notice board and in the SI’s. Any changes to the schedule will be announced over the PA and posted on the official notice board.

The course will be a windward leeward course as detailed on the Official Notice Board.
Racing will take place on the west side of the reservoir on Saturday and the east side on Sunday.
Obstructions - Do not enter the static obstruction areas as shown on the course diagram. The mobile dredging barge has right of way and shall be avoided.
Start - The sequence will be 5,4,1,go with Moths normally starting 5 minutes before Waszps. In the event of a Moth general recall the Waszp start will continue and then the Moth fleet will be re-started.
Class flags will be the Moth insignia flag and the Waszp insignia flag.
The number of rounds to be sailed will be displayed on the stern of the committee boat.
Moths and Waszps will start together if both class flags are deployed at the warning signal.
Finish - The finish line will be between the committee boat flying a blue flag and the leeward mark or the port end of the leeward gate.
“Grand prix” finishing will be implemented as described in the SI’s. When the leading boat completes the course and finishes, all other boats in that fleet will be finished as they cross the finish line irrespective of the number of rounds they have sailed.
Penalties - The two turn penalty is replace by the one turn penalty.
