Don't forget to pop into the office, strap on our Garmin Foretrex 401 GPS to record your fastest run. The results can be viewed below. All we ask in return for borrowing the GPS unit for up to 1 hour is for a donation of £1 to the RNLI to be dropped into the box in the office and for your result to be recorded when you return the unit.
