RYA Dinghy Assistant Instructor

The Assistant Instructor is trained to assist qualified instructors to teach beginners up to the standard of the National Sailing Scheme Level 2 and the Youth Sailing Scheme Stage 3. The award is specific to the centre where the training is delivered. Please contact QM to discuss suitability

Prerequisites: Stage 4 Advanced module + QM Approval

RYA Dinghy Pre-Entry Assessment

This is an assessment day - the assessment will determine whether you have the required sailing ability to become an instructor. There is little time on the day for training input - you should have recent sailing experience and fully understand what will be required of you on the day.

RYA Dinghy Instructor

The 5 day RYA Dinghy Instructor course is ideal for those who wish to use their sailing skills to teach and enthuse others in the sport by becoming an RYA Dinghy Instructor and already have all the pre requisites for the course.
