Wednesday Evening Series, 6th April to 31st August 2022

This Series will have 22 races (11 to count), courses K,L,N,P in rotation (see google calendar on front page for each week's courses). The main change for 2022 is that there is a separate start for ILCA fleet. Despite the staggered starts, this will still be one handicap race with everyone sailing the same course in the same breeze and average lap handicaps will be calculated in the normal way to determine the finish placings.

Three minute start sequence: warning signal for General Fleet is 18:57 and ILCA Fleet at 19:00

Please note that, unlike Sunday racing, if there is a recall of the General Fleet, the whole sequence starts again.  This means that the ILCAs will always start after the General Fleet.  Race Officers will tend to use the U flag for the preparatory signal to minimise recalls, especially of ILCAs.

The regular Wednesday Evening Dinner and results are back!  Don't forget to join us - book your meal before you head out on the water.  Weekly spot prizes will be awarded.

Online Sign on for this Series - please sign on once for this Series; no need to sign on each week.  However, if you change boat class, or sail number, or rig size, please notify the Office in person before you go out on the water.
