Ramble around the Reservoir

London's Largest Water Sports Centre invites you for a stroll around the 4.2-mile perimeter of the reservoir, a space typically off-limits to the public. We extend our deepest gratitude to Thames Water for granting us this special access and hope you'll seize the chance to join us.

Gather your friends and family for a day of adventure and relaxation. Our catering team, Claire Cooks Surrey, will be on hand to provide refreshments and beverages, ensuring you have all you need for a great day out. Take in the picturesque views of the water and surrounding landscapes, with sights ranging from Thorpe Park to the iconic Wembley arch on clear days.

Spaces are limited, and certain restrictions apply. Most importantly, remember that the Ramble is also a fundraiser for the Queen Mary Sailing Club Development Fund. By participating, you're not only treating yourself to a wonderful experience but also contributing to the growth and enhancement of you local Sailing Club.

£7.50 for adults to take part - please book for adults only, under 18's go free (so just bring them along on the day). Unfortunately, no dogs allowed.

Ramble around the Reservoir - 5th May 2025

Enjoy rambling round the top of the reservoir.

The route round the top is great for walking, but not suitable for prams, pushchairs or wheelchairs and unfortunately no dogs are allowed on site. 

This year we are fundraising to improve our facilities and enable more people to get out on the water and enjoy sailing and windsurfing.
