Improver Windsurfing 
Improver Windsurfing: Stage 3/4
The Improver Windsurfing course focuses on Stages 3 and 4 of the National Curriculum. At the end of Stage 3, the student should know how to rig and set up their board for the prevailing conditions, sail to all points, and understand the use and limitations of the dagger board. At the end of Stage 4, the student should be confident using a harness and should be able to show basic footstrap technique.
All of our courses are taught by RYA qualified instructors in groups with a maximum ratio of 6 students to each instructor. Teaching takes place on the water and in the classroom and we move between the two depending on the group, the weather conditions and the requirements of the curriculum.
This course is run over 5 half days in Easter, Summer Half Term, Summer and October Half Term. However, they will run over three days in the last week of August due to the bank holiday at a reduced cost.
